A special Out and About in the Arboretum update about the Medford Campus Meadow.
Larry Weaner Associates (LWA) is on site this week to work on planting of perennials and wildflowers in the Meadow.
The primary focus of the plantings is along Estaugh Way and Wilkins Station Road, to maximize visibility for all to enjoy.
In addition, there are areas to the rear of some Bridlington homes that will have plantings installed. The areas chosen for plantings have to do with existing vegetation to maximize the Meadow experience.
We are pleased to see this project, sponsored by the Arboretum Fund, move along. We look forward to years ahead of increased wildlife and native plants for all to enjoy.
