[su_row][su_column size=”1/2″][su_spacer size=”10″]Magnolia grandiflora, commonly known as the Southern Magnolia, is a member of the Magnoliaceae family, native to the southeastern United States. This broadleaf evergreen tree can reach up to 90 feet in height, with large dark green leaves, and large creamy colored fragrant flowers up to 12 inches in diameter. You can find this tree on the Medford Campus between Courts 29 and 40, in Court 5, and outside of the Woolman and Haddon Buildings by the Greenhouse.[/su_column]
